Shellsuit extreme. There is something about the combination of that darling plastic crepe and a lulling bass throb that makes everything seem like it's in slow motion. Oh yes.

I spent ages compiling a little demo, and mastering and designing it. But i am still not happy with it. At least I think I know why: I am genuinely undecided about my intentions with it. If am going to be more proactive musically, I need to have a clear direction in my bonce.

Getting my website up and a blog installed was in fact a direct result of this realization. I intend to use them to focus my music/photography/painting work etc, and maybe I will pick up a path along the way.

Having said that, thus far in this blog I have been mostly focussed on urinals.

Ah, 'twas that magic night!

I remember I was going through my intense shellsuit stage, and got some severe static shocks from the rubbing of my bass guitar against my shellsuit bottoms as I walked across Montepellier to meet Joe to assist with basslines for said performance.

How's your demo coming together? Let's race into fame holding hands.

I am positive it was 'Art's equivalent to MFI with his Rolls Royce of builders' skip.' Must've been. War Against Sleep was also performing.

The gig was in 2004, if my metadata is correct. I cannot believe that was four years ago! Have things gone greyscale/technicolour since? Well, life is certainly less of a big student creche.

When am I coming to your record launch, Ilton? COME ON - LET'S MAKE SOME MORE MEMORIES

That was a fun night, as was the debrief in Arley Hill if I remember correctly. Joe was buzzing nicely all evening, probably with the post gig adrenalin release.
